Baby Approved Green Smoothie!

You need to try this fast and healthy Pina Colada recipe!

For my son and I, daily breakfast consists of a smoothie and fresh fruits/veggies. I want to share one of our favourites with you, it's just  like a vitamin-boosted piƱa colada!

Pina Colada Smoothie Ingredients for babies

1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup mango
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup boxed coconut milk 
juice from 1/2 a lime
2 tbsp coconut
1 tbsp of chia or flax seed (optional)

Place all ingredients into your blender and puree until smooth. This recipe serves two.
